Do you know why it’s called Mega Fortune Dreams? Because we’ll only win that progressive jackpot in our dreams! There’s nothing quite like imagining sailing down your brand new yacht to get over a gambler’s heartbreak. The luxury themed slot makes a return with a sequel! This time, dreamers will have another shot at winning the big prize, with the aid of some new special features!
You’re treated to some of the most relaxing music we ever heard in games. Mega Fortune Dreams’ RTP is 95.9%, slightly below the original and the current average. And while the house edge is slightly higher, you get more bonuses to play with. Indian Casino Players get a re-spin with sticky Wilds, free spins with a multiplier that goes up to 10x, and bonus wheels. Cross your fingers that the wheel is on your side – or you won’t be able to win the progressive jackpots.
As we mentioned in the original Mega Fortune review, we’re not huge fans of the luxury theme. What won us over was the visual upgrade that Dreams received compared to its predecessor. It still can’t quite compete with modern releases, but we don’t expect it to. With more special features and slight adjustments to existing ones, the gameplay felt much smoother. You don’t get as many small wins anymore, but your odds of winning big are much better.
Mega Fortune Dreams has a medium variance. Obviously an increase compared to the low volatility of the original video slot. This doesn’t have as huge of an impact as you might think, thanks to the bonuses. Now, the bonus wheel can be triggered by normal gameplay and re-spins, not just from free spins. The multiplier for free spins can also climb higher! This means you can create impressive winning combinations outside of progressive jackpots.
Coins can be set between ₹1.00 and ₹100.00 per spin. By changing their bet level and coin value, gamblers can adjust their total bet. They can stake between ₹20 and ₹800 for each spin, which will please casual and mid-range players. Like before, your maximum wager is limited to prevent the progressive jackpot from increasing too quickly.
Symbol designs are still the epitome of luxury, though with a slightly different focus. Playing card royals still make an appearance, with white gold filling their insides. You also see some champagne in a glass, bottles of champagne on ice, a handbag, a watch, and a diamond ring.
Two pairs of tropical trees are Wilds. A beautiful, crystal clear diamond is the Scatter. And bonus wheels is the bonus icon, which you collect to have a shot at winning the progressive jackpots.
Wilds & Re-spins: If three or more Wilds appear on the playing field at the same time, they award a single re-spin. During the re-spin, all Wilds remain in position.
Free Spins & Multipliers: Collect three, four or five Scatters to win ten, fifteen or twenty free spins. You start with a 3x multiplier. Each additional Scatter you collect can increase your multiplier or add more free spins. Your multiplier can reach a maximum of 10x.
Bonus Game: Three bonus wheels on the third, fourth and fifth reel activate the special feature. It can now be triggered during normal gameplay, through a re-spin, and via free spins. Spin the wheel to get a cash prize or a chance at upgrading your wheel. On the second wheel, you can also win one of the two lesser progressive jackpots. If you want a chance to collect the big one, you’ll have to upgrade again to the third wheel!
It’s a clear upgrade over the original Mega Fortune visually. It boasts some animations now, even if the background image is still as static as before. Symbol design was also better this time around, even if the picks were clearly more feminine.
But while we liked the improved graphics, we adored the new bonuses! Being able to trigger the wheel without having to win free spins first is a godsend! We also like that the free spins multiplier can now climb higher too. Add the new re-spin special feature, and you’re in for a thrilling time!
